Wuxi Weifu Chang´an Limited Liability Company is the wholly-owned plant of Weifu Group. As the strongest and largest scale enterprise in domestic combustion engine injection system industry, Weifu Group has occupied over 50% market share. The products are warmly welcomed by customers at home and abroad. Wuxi Chang´an Non-ferrous Foundry Factory is mainly engaged in producing aluminium alloy castings in oil pump assy supporting production. The alumimiun alloy castings include three types: gravity casting, die casting, and low-pressure casting.

Wuxi Weifu Chang´an Limited Liability Company owns four workshops. It is equipped with 32 sets of converter-type casting machine, 6 sets of ordinary casting machine, 4 sets of low-pressure casting machine, 10 sets of shell core machine, 4 sets of core shooting machine, 7 sets of Nitrogen refining machine, 3 sets of hydrogen detection gauge, 2 sets of DDC800, IDRA700 1 set, 4 sets of DDC400, 4 sets of DDC280 (11 in total), 3 sets of hook type stainless steel shot-blasting machine, 4 sets of drum-type shot-blasting machine, several sets of heat treatment machine for aluminium castings, one Letai Mogullizer, one water-glass mugullizer. Now we are focusing on producing VE pump rough castings for Gernany’s BOSCH and China’s Weifu Jinning, the quality and rate of finished products have reached international standard.
